From the Introduction:

In this book I present a system of chords for the plectrum banjo based on using the open strings in standard CGBD tuning. These chords appear in almost every key; they can add color to our chordal accompaniments and arrangements, and encourage us to look at the fingerboard in a new way.

There are 156 chords, covering the major and minor forms in all possible keys, along with major 7, dominant 7, major 6; minor/major 7, minor 7, and minor/major 6 altered forms. An introduction explaining the theory is given, along with a complete chord chart and 22 exercises. 25 pp. total.
